Offers Early Bird Savings on Popular Passes.

January 22, 2016, Palm Springs, CA – Fans of The American Documentary Film Festival (AmDocs) can save BIG on the festival’s popular Flex Express Passes and on the New BIG DEAL Passes (all the benefits of the Flex Express Pass + Opening Night!), between now and March 1st. Flex Express Passes are available for only $149 (a savings of $50), and the New BIG DEAL Passes are available for only $175. A limited number of BIG DEAL Passes are available.

Named “One of the World’s Top 25 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee,” by MovieMaker magazine in 2013, and then “One of the World’s Five Coolest Documentary Film Festivals,” by the same publication later that year, The American Documentary Film Festival (AmDocs), now in its fifth year,  continues to set records and gain accolades. The 2016 edition of AmDocs is set to open on March 31st, and continue through April 4th (with a full day of preview screenings on March 30th). Screenings for AmDocs 2016 will take place at the Camelot Theatres in Palm Springs and at the Indian Wells Theater and Oliphant Auditorium on the Palm Desert campus of California State University, San Bernardino in Palm Desert.

Documentary filmmakers from all over the world are expected to attend the festival, and the annual American Documentary Film Fund Competition; an adjunct event that allows documentary filmmakers to compete for upwards of $50,000 in financing on either new or in-progress projects.
